We are open during regular hours. Curbside pickup is available. WINTER CLOSINGS: If it is a school snow day or snowy/icy day on Tues., Thurs., or Sat. please be advised that the library may be closed.

Our Pandemic safety guidelines for the library have been determined by the Covid19 safety protocols established by the CDC, Maine State Library, and American Library Association and REALM testing of library materials. The Albert Church Brown Memorial Library has adapted them for the setting of its library to ensure the best safety measures for staff, patrons, and visitors. Thank you for cooperating with us so that we can keep our library open to the public.

Book returns should be placed in the outdoor Book Drop Box before entering the building.

Visitors may enter for 30 minute intervals.

Up to 3 visitors or a family of 5 may visit at a time.

When you enter the library we will ask you to use the hand sanitizer before you begin your browsing.
